The "gaetanocosta" is not alive only during lunch and dinner. The chef wants his restaurant to be considered an area of gourmand relax where you can escape the busy Roman afternoons.
With this intent he has created the Afternoon Tea, a time devoted to tea in its most valuable declinations. Costa has selected several varieties of tea leaves from China, India, Japan and Vietnam to serve from 4 to 7 p.m. with his pastry or in a tasting menu.
